What Buffer is Reading
Reading is a cornerstone of our value to Improve Consistently. Every Buffer teammate can expense any book they want to buy and in any format. We gift every new teammate an e-reader of their choice and all teammates are welcome to expense an unlimited number of e-books, audiobooks, and physical books from any bookstore in the world. These books can be work-related or have nothing to do with work at all (sci-fi is big around here). 📚
