Buffer listed #21 on Quartz’s Best Medium-Sized Companies for Remote Workers in 2021
Buffer is honored to have been included in this inaugural group selected as Quartz's Best Companies for Remote Workers. When talking about this shorter work week when it first came about in mid-2020, Buffer’s CEO, Joel Gascoigne, said, “This four-day work week period is about well-being, mental health, and placing us as humans and our families first. […] This isn’t about us trying to get the same productivity in fewer days.” He went on to share that “One of my goals as CEO for this period of time is to put people over profit.”
