How much does Buffer Reply cost?
Pricing is based on few things like how many users you need, how many social profiles you'd like to connect and which product edition you choose. Pricing starts at $50/mo for our Professional edition and $225/mo for our Business edition. Your first user and social profile are included. Additional users are $25/user/month and social profiles are $10/profile/month.
Is Reply included in my other Buffer product subscriptions?
Buffer products are currently billed separately. If you're interested in a bundle, message us, send us a DM or drop us an email.
Does Buffer offer special pricing for agencies?
We do. We know that agencies have unique needs (like multi-client accounts, lots of social profiles, etc). If you're an agency currently managing 15 or more social profiles, reach out for details: message us, send us a DM or drop us an email.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try our Professional or Business editions, free for 14-days.
Can I pay by check or purchase order?
You can. We offer both options when paying annually.
What social networks does Buffer Reply support?

What's a "social profile"?
Any Twitter profile, Facebook page or Instagram profile you'd like to connect to Buffer. For example, if your company has two Twitter accounts, @Acme and @AcmeHelp, as well as one Facebook Page, that would be three social profiles in total.
